The Dome Home was established in 1998 and licensed by the VA as a Community Residential Care home.
It was later licensed by the State of Ohio. This home, with four private rooms, is situated in a quiet countryside eight miles south of our main facility. Here in this setting, the residents can enjoy the beautiful scenery around the house and the small working farm.
This home best serves those residents, who prefer less interactions in a more peaceful setting. Some residents, who don’t do well in the city because of their addiction or legal issues, do very well in this environment. We accept both male and female veterans, and non-veterans. The house has a live-in staff member and additional staffing during the day.
